Jogging

  • · Slowly lower back down to the starting position.
  • · Repeat for as many reps as you wish.

Bent Over Barbell Rows
This move will strengthen the middle back and the biceps, lats and shoulers are also involved when executing this exercise. To perform bent over barbell rows:
  • · Grasp a barbell with palms facing down, keep a slight bend in the knees and bend over at the waist keeping your arms perpendicular to the floor.
  • · Exhale, lift the barbell towards your body, keeping your elbows close to the body.
  • · Inhale, and slowly lower the barbell back down to the starting position.
  • · Repeat for as many reps as you wish.

Avocado & Banana Hair Mask

What You’ll Need:
  • 1/2 avocado, mashed
  • 1/2 banana, mashed
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
Puree the avocados and bananas together, till it forms a smooth paste without any clumps. Mix in the egg and the olive oil thoroughly. Then, apply to dry hair and let it set in for around 15 to 30 minutes. Rinse it with cool water because warm or hot water will ‘cook’ the egg.
