50ml of organic coconut oil( preferable natural coconut oil)
4 tablespoon of Indian gooseberry powder(amla powder)

Method-
1. Firstly take 50 ml of pure coconut oil in a pan. Now add 4 tablespoons of Indian gooseberry powder into it.
Mix them well and cook for 10 minutes on low flame and keep stirring.
2. After 10 minutes you will see the coconut oil will completely turn into black color. Now strain the oil using strainer or cloth. And store it in a glass container.
3. Apply this herbal oil 2-3 times in a week on your hair and scalp. Gently massage your scalp for 10 minutes and leave it for 1 hour. Then wash your hair with shampoo.

Ingredients required

1 tablespoon baking soda
½ tablespoon honey
1 drop of pure lavender essential oil

Directions:

Combine the baking soda and honey together until it looks like a paste. Add one drop each of lavender and frankincense essential oils.
Place a warm washcloth over your face and hold on skin for a minute or so to open up your pores.
Gently rub face with facial scrub using small circular motions (be gentle with your skin!). Keep massaging skin with scrub for 3-5 minutes to fully remove dead skin from face and to let the essential oils work their magic.
Rinse off with warm water.
Your face may be red for a bit but this will wear off.
Use this scrub no more than 1-2 times a week.
This scrub is alkaline to the skin, so to even out your pH it is a good idea to splash your face with rosewater afterwards. This will naturally balance your skin
