Chocolate Cupcake With Butter Icing
Recipe Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 100 grams butter
- 4 ounce caster sugar
- 3 ounce flour
- 1 ounce coco powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp vanilla essence
- Butter Icing:
- 125 grams butter
- 8 ounce icing sugar
- 2 tbsp coco powder
Recipe Method
- Beat all the cicing ingredients till it gets creamy.
- Pre heat oven to 180c.
- Ina bowl sieve flour, coco powder and baking powder.
- In other beat 100 grams of butter then add caster sugar and vanilla essence and beat until it gets creamy.
- Add 1 egg and beat more.
- Then add the sieved mixture then another egg then again the flour mixture and fold.
- Pour it in muffin tray and bake it for 20-25 minutes.
- Decorate with butter icing and serve.
