Facebook doesn’t allow you to create multiple accounts with the same e-mail id. If you try to create a new Facebook account with same email address you will get an error message “there is an existing account associated with this email id.”. But if you are using gmail id then it is possible to use same gmail id for multiple Facebook accounts.
