With lots of competitions going around between different companies, it has been seen that that new smartphones and mobile phones have been introduced in order to capture the market. The latest news that has come is that it was announced at the sidelines of the MWX 2014 that the Nokia X family which is based on the Android Open Source Projects (AOSP) would now reach to the market.
According to reports, it has been said that the new Nokia X family would run Android apps in running Google’s Android apps that would also include the Play Store, Google Now and so on. According to reports, it has been learnt that the first source-built AOSP Jelly Bean 4.1.2 which is based on Code Aurora would be able to receive by Nokia X. It has also been learnt that this custom Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean ROM for the Nokia X would be developed by senior XDA developer.
The source code from Code Aurora would be relied by the firmware that would comprise of vanilla Android as well as other specific enhancements and Qualcomm optimization. When it comes to its network connectivity, thee list of working features would include FM radio, GPS, MTP, Media playback including sensors like brightness, rotation , proximity and so on.
This build has been described by the developer to be stable and it has also been claimed that it would serve to be the best alternative to the newly modified Android skin. Having only hardware back key, it has been found the navigation becomes very difficult due to which the developer has made a second build with the help of software navigation bar that now makes it very easier to navigate.
