Reshmi Paratha
Recipe Ingredients
- Flour½ kg
- Yeast1 tsp
- Salt½ tsp
- Clarified butter as required
- Cream1 cup
- Sugar2 tbsp
- Wateras required
Recipe Method
- In a bowl take ½ kg flour, 1 tsp yeast, ½ tsp salt, 1 cup cream and 2 tbsp sugar with water as per requirement, kneed it and keep it for half an hour.
- Now roll a roti of this dough pour ½ cup clarified butter on it and sprinkle little bit of flour and make a roll.
- Now cut the ball with the help of knife and refrigerate for half an hour.
- Now roll it like a roti and fry it on griddle with hot clarified butter.
- Delicious reshmi parathay are ready to serve.

Masala Puri
Recipe Ingredients
- Wheat flour 1 cup
- Flour 1 cup
- Oil ¼ cup
- Yogurt 4 tbsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Chili powder ½ tsp
- Ingredients for masala
- Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
- Carom seeds 1 tsp
- Onion seeds 1 tbsp
- Oil for deep frying
Recipe Method
- In a bowl, mix wheat flour, plain flour, salt, chili powder and the masala, add oil and yogurt, mix well, and knead with water to medium hard dough. Keep aside for 1 hour, make balls, the size of walnuts, keep for 30 minutes, and roll out each ball gently into a quarter plate size, deep fry in hot oil till light brown. Serve with aalo.
