- You don't drink enough water. 8-10 glasses a day is the minimum requirement for healthy adults who have a healthy skin.
- Your salt intake is a little too high. This leads to dehydration of your skin.
- You use too many chemical products like facewash, creams, cosmetics etc on your skin.
