On Skype’s 10th anniversary Microsoft Corporate VP for Skype, announce that we are working on Skype 3D-screens and 3D-capture technology. we have done work on capability of 3D-screens and 3D-capture.

For Live 3D video calls you will need multiple cameras to capture all angles, but there is no good device for render a good video quality.

Skype basically trying to give feature for video chat in 3D like 3D movies and games.

But it’s not confirmed yet we will be able to use 3D Video call on your 2D system or not and if we can then how it’s gone be possible. It will take long to come up in market.
